I would never rent this place in this condition no matter the price.
The only good thing about this place for that price was the location. NOTHING ELSE
This plays is dangerous and should not be rented out in this condition. If I knew the state of it I would never rent it.
The water from the shower sprays directly over the water heater which has cables on the back to which the water can reach. It is only matter of time before a fatal accident happens there.
This has been reported to the company managing it, “Flat Manager”, but they did absolutely nothing about it. Extremely unprofessional company. Only excuses and no accountability.
Beside that, the kitchen is in horrendous condition. There is old dirt that has dried out at all crevices and corners.
The toaster had no cable to it so it was useless.
We had altogether 4 forks for 4 people, not a single spare cutlery.
The wardrobe in one of the bedroom reeks heavily of mold. No chance to put clothes inside.
There were only 3 blankets for 4 people. We had to wait for 3 days to get 4th blanket.
Even though the place was announced as non-smoking, there was an ashtray on the balcony that has spread the smell in one of the bedrooms.
Overall, extremely bad support from the managing company FLAT MANAGER. I called them several times and they promised to fix the shower but they didn’t.
