Tout, la gentillesse du personnel. Ils étaient présents et à l’écoute de nos besoins à toute heure. Je recommande très fortement ce logement si vous passez par semporna ! La qualité des chambres est également incroyable ! Merci pour ce bel accueil !

酒店很新，每个房间都有大阳台，公共区域有免费茶水，休闲娱乐的地方很不错，还有免费接送去码头的车，老板和员工人都特别好，小孩半夜突然发烧了，老板立马开车送我们去医院，非常感动！w下次再去一定还住这里。

Alles is nieuw dus ziet er goed uit. De kamers zijn portocabins maar met een prima badkamer en goede bedden met fijne lakens. Het zwembad is fijn. Leuke lounge area. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niet ver van het centrum.
Kinderen speelden tot laat in het zwembad met veel herrie.
Prijs is aan de hoge kant.

The rooms aren't in buildings, more like portacabins. The upstairs ones felt like you were on a boat, moving. They make you feel motion sick. The bathrooms feel like a portaloo. Some staff have minimal English.
No housekeeping. Room only cleaned once in 6 days because we asked. Dirty cups and glasses not removed. Poor housekeeping. Disappointing.
No toilet roll or tissues provided. Had to ask twice.
The breakfast is quite limited and all of the food is cold. They have a microwave but the food isn't fresh as I don't think it is made there.
The area is not walkable
The hotel is mainly catered to Chinese tourists
The pool is quite dirty
There are no chairs or loungers by the pool to relax on
Shower didn't set straight, it was always at an angle
