The location of the apartment building is excellent in terms of public transport. The metro station is close by. Shopping is quick and convenient at the Spar located across the street. The bed is comfortable.
Considering the building couldn't have been constructed that long ago, there are many maintenance issues with the apartment. The frame of the bathroom door is rotting at the bottom, most likely due to water coming out of the shower. There is a hole in the wall above the toilet because the panel containing the flush buttons is missing. The glass wall paneling in the kitchen is cracked. The handle of the kitchen faucet has fallen off. All the pots need to be replaced—the non-stick coating on every single one of them is severely damaged. We had to unpack the dishwasher ourselves after the previous guests. The worst part is the unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Especially when returning home, we experienced a terrible smell in the kitchen and living room area. We got used to it after a while, but we could always smell it in the bathroom.
