Great staff, Ali was particularly helpful. Wait staff were lovely. Menu was Italian and very tasty and reasonably priced. No parking but it was available at nearby car park. 10 Pd for 24 hrs. Excellent location for all the activities that Llangollen has to offer
It would be helpful to have information in the rooms regarding contact details for local services and also for activities that were local such as the narrowboat trips, railway trips etc
Also the room needed extra towel/clothes rails in the bathroom, better bedding, antislip mat in shower. Not sure where the coffee machine was meant to be plugged into ?

Beautiful rooms that have been recently renovated. Furnishings, fittings, style and decor are first class. One of the most comfortable rooms I have stayed in at any hotel. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, and the overall vibe is relaxed. The owner was particularly helpful in letting my motorcycle park in the terrace area.
Friday night was noisy due to live music in the bar immediately adjacent. However, it finished at 10:30 which is pretty reasonable. It is not really a problem unless you go to bed early.

Room was immaculate.
They made me an omelette for evening meal which wasn’t on the menu.
Staff were excellent.
Room 2 had a shower to die for😄
Staff had time for a chat.
Noisy on Saturday night BUT only to be expected in Llangollen.
No breakfast available BUT we knew that when booking.
Room wasn’t serviced after our first night.
Only one partially used toilet roll in the room and had to ask for more.
No parking BUT we knew that and free street/ car parks between 1700 - 0900 which was fine. Other street parking allows One hour from 0900 so in effect you can park until 1000.
