Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
Policies
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed. While we understand how special our fur-babies are, this home is maintained as a pet-free property for the comfort of all guests. Guests traveling with pets will need to make alternate arrangements prior to arrival. Any request involving a service animal will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great condo and few steps from the beach! Kids loved the outdoor and indoor pools. Condo was clean. Only issue was having only one parking spot onsite.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. This place was phenomenal for us and our 4 boys. So many perfect little touches ….they had every little detail covered in case you left something at home. They didn’t seem to cut corners like other rentals we’ve stayed. My husband says the master mattress was the most comfy he’s had on any of our trips. They even had hot chocolate pods for when a cold front came through and windchill was in the 20s!! Cozy, clean, nice layout, fabulous view and access to the pools and beach, restaurants across the street. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second about staying here again.

Indoor pool was closed the first couple days, but weather was uncharacteristically warm, so we were at the beach. Luckily it was open the last couple days. Unit was really good for our large family.

We loved this unit! It was very spacious for our needs. All of the appliances worked great, which can’t always be said for beach rentals in our past experiences. There were so many thoughtful touches including beach towels for everyone to use. The kids loved the indoor pool and the walk to the beach was very convenient.
