THE SPACE

Waterscape is a striking, architect-designed 3,331-square-foot modern villa built around two features most Historic District rentals can't offer together: a private elevated rooftop terrace with panoramic Intracoastal Waterway and Matanzas Bay views, and a pool of your own in the fenced backyard below.

Inside, the design carries through: a waterfall-edge kitchen island anchors an open, light-filled kitchen with bar seating for the whole group, flowing out through sliding glass doors to the pool. The primary suite is a genuine retreat — a king bed and a private ensuite with a rainfall shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom is also a king suite with its own private ensuite. The third bedroom is set up with a bunk bed, ideal for kids or a more relaxed sleeping arrangement, with a nearby full bathroom.

Central air conditioning, a dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi, and an in-unit washer and dryer make this an easy fit for longer stays. Please note not every bedroom window has blinds or shades — early risers may want to pack an eye mask.
