Escape to a one-of-a-kind romantic getaway nestled in a secluded cove along the beautiful Withlacoochee River. Designed exclusively with couples in mind, this charming houseboat offers the perfect blend of rustic elegance, waterfront serenity, and unforgettable natural beauty.
-Your Cabin-Boat is tucked away in a secluded cove at the end of our private 10-acre riverfront property. With no streets, no neighboring houses, and no crowds, you'll enjoy a rare sense of privacy where nature becomes your only neighbor.
-Begin your mornings with the soothing sounds of songbirds as the sun rises over the water. End you evening with a glass of wine and the moonlight and stars dancing off the waters edge. A 25 minute kayak paddle to the rainbow river and a 5 minute boat ride.
- 10 acres surrounded by water and trees. The property is yours to roam and explore. On the opposite side of the property, there is a small muscadine grape vineyard, along with a small citrus and mango tree orchard, both of which require regular maintenance. When in season, guests will be provided with fruit harvested directly from the property. In addition, there are 10 acres of grass that must be maintained. Maintenance work may be performed during some guest stays.
-At the campsite firewood is always provided and always harvested on the property. You will also be provided with a clean Blackstone griddle for your use.
