Facing south and spread over two levels, the villa opens onto a beautiful, flat 1,700 m² Mediterranean garden planted with olive, mulberry, laurel, and jasmine trees.



Outdoors, everything is designed for you to make the most of sunny days: a private 10 × 5 m pool, both covered and open terraces, a fully equipped summer kitchen, a pool house, and generous lounging areas with complete privacy. It’s the perfect setting for swimming, dining under the olive trees, and enjoying long summer evenings to the sound of cicadas.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a master suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, a cozy living room with suspended fireplace, and a bright dining area open to a fully equipped Provençal kitchen. There’s also a laundry room on this level.



Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with storage, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
