Surrounded by wide open space and peaceful rural landscapes, the home offers a true sense of seclusion while still being just a short drive to Victor Harbor, Port Elliot and the South Coast’s stunning beaches.
Designed for relaxed group stays, the spacious home features light-filled living areas, large windows framing picturesque valley views, and multiple outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining or unwinding with a wine at sunset. The expansive deck invites long lunches, morning coffees and evenings under the stars.
Comfortably accommodating families and groups, the home combines modern comforts with a warm country feel. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of nature while being close to local wineries, cafes, walking trails and coastal attractions.

PLEASE NOTE:
As home is in a lovely spot at the very top of a hill, the driveway is steep and will not suit all driving confidences/car types, please reach out to us with more information. There is also parking near the shed at the base of the property that some may prefer.
- Children MUST be supervised appropriately on all parts of the property.
- Fire Ban rules must be adhered to.
No smoking along with:
• No parties or events
• No pets
• Check-in is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet area perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
