Only 1 hr from the Cities! Come enjoy lakeside life at this Cross Lake retreat! Spend time together at this newly updated year round cabin/house on Cross Lake, a fully recreational lake in Pine City connected to Pokegama Lake by the Snake River, just 1 hour from the Cities!
This newly renovated home features open concept main level kitchen, family room, and dining areas with fantastic lakefront views. There are 3 large patios to enjoy the view from, as well as areas for an evening outdoor fire. The lower level has 2 Queen bedrooms and the master bathroom, as well as another living room with a large sectional and TV. Extra sleeping for 4 is available in the air conditioned Bunk House just outside the main house and gives lake views. City water and sewer, AC/Heat, city water. Pontoon use via homeowner is an option. This is a lakefront gem to enjoy!
Fish,boat jet ski,kayak,paddle board,swim, or just relax quietly on one of the large patios overlooking 100 ft of the lakeshore. A dock is available to tie up your toys; the public dock is not far away to drop in if you're bringing your own boat.
Walkable to Downtown PC and the Pine County Fairgrounds, which hosts weekly music, markets & events.
