Welcome to `The Saltwater Retreat`, an updated 4-bedroom home with an oversized, heated saltwater pool (new in 2023), beautiful outdoor space, and 6 person golf cart to explore all that this amazing beach neighborhood has to offer! This conveniently located retreat is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood just 12 blocks to the sand, great local dining options, boutique shops and more! The Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, and other Jacksonville hotspots are all within a quick drive as well.

Get ready to enjoy your private, saltwater, heated pool for sunny afternoons and evening swims. Oversized pool (over 32 feet long by 14 feet wide) with a spacious tanning shelf and a built-in seating ledge, perfect for relaxing while staying cool. Larger than your average pool, this is the heart of outdoor fun! Whether you’re swimming laps, splashing with loved ones, or soaking up the sun, this private backyard paradise and pool offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.
The backyard is very private with 8-foot privacy fence, making this an ideal retreat for families looking to enjoy lazy days by the large, new saltwater pool The backyard also has multiple outdoor seating area, tree swings, a firepit, cornhole game, and a large BBQ. Beach amenities, such as chairs & beach towels are also included in your stay.
Beach gear provided, including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a rolling cart.

The pool heater is available only from October through April (as the average water temperature is already above the heating point May-September). **Indoor Features**
The Saltwater Retreat features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the capacity to sleep 12. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large Smart TV with access to Hulu Live (75+ channels + streaming). The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. A collection of board games, card games, and family favorites provides the
perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach, enjoy a rainy afternoon, or create lasting memories together in the evenings.

Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule, however you are welcome to request approval in advance and we are happy to accommodate when possible.
●Pets: A pet fee of $50 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
POOL RULES
●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
