About this house rental
Unwind on Lake Geneva at this charming house, less than a mile from Linn Pier, and a scenic 8 min drive to the city of Lake Geneva. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king, queen, twin, and sofa bed in sunroom, guests will feel right at home. Also enjoy our spacious 36 foot deck with lighted River Bar top and fire table to enjoy the summer or spring / fall nights.
The space
3 bed / 2 bath with sunroom with sleeper sofa. Living room with extra large leather sectional couch (3 recliners), 2 full bathrooms with glass walk in showers. House includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 1 sleeper sofa for sleeping. Massive 36 foot deck with grill.
Outdoor deck fire table with couches. Large driveway, with enough space to bring your boat! EV charging station and RV charging station located at front of deck.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire property.
Other things to note
property has 2 exterior entrance Ring Security cameras, 2 Schlage smart door locks, Ecobee Smart Thermostat, with individual Room Temp sensors. Modem also has a 9 hour battery back up device.. PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG MODEM. As you can imagine the whole house is a SMART house, and any tampering with modem or cameras will result in a fine and potential cancelation of reservation. This is meant for guest and property safety. Thank you!
