Beautiful home. Spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and couches. Fully stocked kitchen. Pool and beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. Great location near the aquatic center and gym. Tram stop nearby. Best unit we have stayed in at Sea Colony. Loved having morning coffee in the sunroom!

We love Sea Colony! The proximity of this unit to the big pool and hot tub were just great! The unit is appointed decently, has everything we needed for the week. Comfortable layout, bathrooms were spacious. Bedrooms were very comfortable with a nice amount of drawer space so we could fully unpack and not live out of our suitcases. We would recommend this unit and may come back again next year!

We loved this house, it’s right across from the big pool and fitness center. The decor is simple and quiet, no personal items, which we prefer. The kitchen could use some updating and the carpet was stained a bit (a tweed flat weave would do better). The only complaint I have had to do with Vacasa. When we arrived at 4:00 for check in, the house hadn’t been cleaned at all. I called and a group of ladies came over, but I had to wait there for 1.5 hours until it was ready. That hasn’t ever happened in twenty years, so Vacasa has to stay on top of this. I would definitely recommend the home though!
