The Space:
If you're looking for a spacious, modern beach house, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you love the charm of an authentic, old-fashioned Delaware beach cottage, we think you'll feel right at home.
Nestled on a large, private lot at 33391 Ocean Pines Lane, our three-bedroom cottage is just a 15-minute walk to the beach and offers the kind of relaxed coastal getaway that's becoming increasingly rare.
Built for simple beach living, the house has cozy gathering spaces, a compact kitchen, and a comfortable living room where families can reconnect after a day in the sun. What it may lack in size, it makes up for in warmth, character, and the memories it helps create.
One of our favorite features is the charming lighthouse-style staircase, a reminder of the home's classic beach-house roots. Outside, the large yard gives everyone room to spread out, play games, or simply enjoy the quiet. The spacious deck, complete with two umbrellas, is perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing with a good book.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower—a favorite summer tradition for many of our guests. The home also includes one full indoor shower on the main level and an upstairs soaking tub with a handheld shower attachment.
This is the kind of beach house many of us grew up visiting...a little worn in all the right ways, full of character, and designed for sandy feet, family dinners, late-night card games, and time together. We hope you'll love it as much as our family has over the years. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
