Recently updated, our oceanview condo offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, and comfortably sleeps up to five guests. Amenities include one dedicated parking space, private beach access, and a shared outdoor patio area with tables, benches, a grill, and an outdoor shower. On site laundry facilities are also available for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/convection/air fryer combo, and a fully stocked coffee bar for easy mornings and relaxing evenings in.
The living room features a wall mounted Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a small bar area, and a selection of board games and books for family fun and downtime.
The primary bedroom offers a queen platform bed. Families traveling with little ones, will appreciate the pack and play (travel crib), high chair, and toddler toys provided in the closet.
The second bedroom connects to the living room through sliding bypass doors. Leave them open to expand the living space, or close them for privacy and enjoy three twin platform beds.
The remodeled bathroom is designed to provide a true spa-like experience, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with both a rainfall shower head and handheld sprayer. Guests can enjoy luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash amenities, along with a lighted anti-fog mirror equipped with Bluetooth capabilities.
For beach days we provide four beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach towels, and sand toys so you can make the most of your time by the ocean.

We booked for 1 month. We were very pleased with the accomodations. It is well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is great as we love the beach. A huge bonus was the great view of Kennedy space center, where we were able to watch artimas ll and many other rocket launches. Can also watch the cruise ships departing from port. Highly recommend!!!

This place was amazing! My kids absolutely loved it, and it had everything we needed. From coffee and comfy beds to being literally right on the beach. It made hauling surfboards super convenient, and it was perfect for peaceful walks by the ocean.I visit Cape Canaveral often and have always noticed this building. So glad I finally got the chance to stay. The design aesthetic is right up my alley. The family who owns it clearly put a lot of love into restoring the terrazzo floors and painting those beautiful ocean murals. It was fun, quiet, relaxing, and has officially become my number one spot.If you stay, you'll love it! Just take good care of it. I’ll definitely be back soon.

This rental was just as expected from the listing and even more spacious than expected. The location to the beach can’t be beaten. We loved our stay! the details and decor of the condo were such a nice addition. We will definitely stay again. And we even got to watch a space rocket launch right from the beach in front of the condo! Truly unique and amazing experience.

We stayed here for 1 night and 2 longer days. Family of 4; 2 adults 13yo 8yo. Super close to the ocean and property provided chairs, umbrella, 1 boogie board and sand toys, which was great! A cooler would have been super helpful to keep our snacks and beverages cold. The smart TV was great for those who have accounts to login to -- but we were unable to figure out how to just get to live TV. If you like beds that are a little bit hard vs soft, you will love it - they are memory foam beds but are more on the harder than softer side. The shower was amazing -- my kids didn't want to get out! There was shampoo/conditioner/bodywash set up in the shower. If you forgot some items, there was a basket with goodies to get you through until you got to a store. My kiddos missed having a pool and we thought there was one, but we obviously missed that detail when looking at the space. Overall, this was a great place. Thank you!
