This is a pet friendly home for a very well-behaved dog. The home also features a large screened-in sun porch, an upper sun-worshipper’s deck, and a private yard complete with a fire pit and grilling area. An outdoor shower adds the perfect touch for beach days.
Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home offers both privacy and convenience. Step right onto the adjacent bike trail and ride to downtown Lewes, Savannah Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park and beaches, or even Rehoboth. This is an ideal retreat for families looking to relax and explore the area.

* Guests must be 25 or older to rent this home.
* No smoking or vaping of any kind.
* During summer months we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.
* Guests must climb stairs.
* Street parking only - for up to 2 vehicles.
