Adjacent to the living room, the dining area seats six comfortably, creating the perfect space for family meals or group gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite countertops, ample storage, and a French press, has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease.
The main level features three well-appointed bedrooms, including a king room with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a queen room, and a twin room with a convenient trundle bed. For remote workers, the twin bedroom includes a dedicated workspace. A second full bathroom with a shower and tub combination serves the rest of the home, adding to the convenience and comfort.
One of the home’s most charming spaces is the sunroom—a bright, airy retreat with hanging basket chairs and a ceiling fan. Perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a quiet moment, the sunroom also serves as the egress to the backyard, making indoor-outdoor transitions effortless.
Outside, the backyard offers a private oasis with a propane fire pit, a gas grill, and comfortable seating—a perfect setting for alfresco dining or evening relaxation. The backyard’s dining area also seats six, allowing you to enjoy meals or quiet moments under the Colorado sky. Guest Access:
You’ll have private access to the entire main floor and backyard, ensuring a comfortable, exclusive experience. Please note that the garage and basement are occupied; however, there are no shared spaces, offering guests complete privacy and peace of mind. For added security, the stairs leading to the basement are locked off on the guest side with a hotel-style lock.

Getting Around:
We recommend having access to a vehicle for getting around Colorado Springs. + Just 22 minute drive to Colorado Springs Airport + Garden of the Gods (10 min) + Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (20 min) + U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum (15 min) + Woodland Park (25 min) + Pikes Peak (30 min) + Manitou Springs (15 min) + Downtown Colorado Springs (15 min)
