Very good value for your money. Although the house looked like it was still in the process of construction, the room was super clean and equipped with new and modern furnishings and features. The communication with the owner was smooth.
WiFi was kind of erratic and it did not work most of the time.

The staff are helpful and the location is well-connected.
The men's room is not aired out enough and smells moldy or too humid most of the time. I didn't get any information when I checked in, except where my bed was and one of the bathrooms. No other information was provided unless I asked. Some guests were disruptive.
