Picking up the keys was easy and stress free, Great location,this was a trip with our girls(their 1st time in camden) and they didn't want to leave, very clean, big rooms, great facilities, overall it was an amazing place to stay and in a quiet street 2 mins walk from camden town, I would definitely book again and would highly recommend!
The contact with the host was also 5☆ answered my questions within seconds thank you for making our stay a comfortable and hassle free stay,😁

Apartment is great very clean and great location steps from Camden high street
Very spacious for 2 bedrooms
Great shower and lots of towels
Comfy sofas and huge tv
Check in system outdated should have a key box but still very easy and roughly 10 mins from the apartment - was not a problem
You “request a room” so they can change the price via WhatsApp - from someone who rents air bnbs this is a sad way to operate.
I rate the apartment a 10 not the people running it, get rid of “request a room”

It was clean,close to lots of amenities and bus routes as well. Located in a central place and my kids liked the place as well.
I didn’t like the fact that I had to go and collect the key and drop off in a different location.I found it so absurd,why not put keys in a key hole and give your guest the code.

Location good.
Nice apartment
Don’t like that you had to collect keys from another location so you couldn’t get Ubers to and from station . A key safe at the property would be better and easier .
Nowhere to leave luggage when we arrived at 10.30 am . Had to pay to store them somewhere else.
Very hard to find the address . A picture of property would help .
