The host was always prompt in addressing our queries. The apartment is good size and good value for money. There is an extra bed if you are four people as the bed in the living room is tight for two people. There is a washing machine, and the clothes rack is the wide open cabinet. There are many convenience stores nearby. There is a dining table, microwave oven and also a kitchen if you need to use that.
Just know the location is in the center of the entertainment district (which was fun for us) and there was little/no noise from the streets.
