Everything was new, clean, and well taken care of, with great attention to every detail. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Abu Abdulaziz, who was extremely responsive to all our requests from the first call until checkout. We truly appreciated his hospitality and support throughout our stay.
