Since my trip is related to school + tourism, this is the best location for me. You cant go hungry as there are 24hrs store and resto. As a female, It is safe to walk at any hour of the night.
Room is spacious, big TV, a tub, rain shower, bidet and all the comfort needs I can think of from a hotel. However i dont know if it is similar w/ the lower floors.
There's hot/iced coffee available 24hrs. Microwave to heat food and make noodles. Hot water for the tea.
Near to both bus and train station. It is a quiet student neighborhood which I love and need during the trip. The food options are incredible and mall is walking distance too. Vital stores that I need for the trip is within the vicinity. Anything I need is available.
If you are travelling for tourism, its just 24-30mins to DDP/Myeongdong. However, I dont recommend it for those who like to shop til you drop, party and for those people who like the noise of the city --- as this is a quiet student neighborhood. Lets keep it quiet that way and respect the space. :)
Everything is CLEAN. and this is a non-smoking hotel which makes it perfect! it smells great from the lobby to the halls to second floor common room and to personal room. everything smells great. you will get sanctioned, charged if you smoke.

Such a relaxing trip! :) Will definitely stay here again if I return to Seoul.
