The best thing about the apartment was its location. It was walkable to everywhere we needed and we walked a lot! Also close enough to the metro for travelling from the airport.
The apartment was a great size for our party of 2 couples plus teen, with a large en-suite bathroom and a second shower room. The beds were comfortable.
We used the larger patio for breakfast (several coffee shops nearby) and there was a second small patio too. The bedroom in between the 2 patios was the brightest.
Great customer service when we couldn’t open the front door on a Sunday afternoon.
There was a little confusion about the entry process, as the code had been issued the day before arrival but without entry instructions. The instructions arrived the morning of arrival but it wasn’t clear that the instructions to open the door was a soft button that opened the door. I called the provided number and they provided the information I needed. No access issues after that, although it stopped working again on the morning of departure but before the check out time.
The apartment was quite dark and we needed to keep a lamp on in the living room to prevent us falling down the few stairs from the kitchen.
We ran out of hot water when we all wanted to shower one after another so had to wait for more to be heated.
It was generally a quiet area except for early morning when tradespeople seemed to want to clean the streets and deliver goods. The 2 lower bedrooms faced to the street and the sound travelled in.
