エアコン付きの部屋とそうでない部屋があり、当日オーナーさんのご提案でエアコン付きの部屋に変えていただきました。
オーナーさんによると、まだ初めて3か月くらいなんだとか。いわゆる民泊スタイルで、豪邸の生活？を体験できるお部屋です。バスルームには（お湯を貯めれるかわかりませんが）バスタブがあり、シャワーもお湯がしっかりと出ます。
バスルームも清潔でした。この価格帯で泊まれる宿泊施設としては、部屋のクオリティは良すぎるくらいだと思います。
オーナーさん方もとても気さくな方です。到着が21：30頃ですが、事前にやり取りしていただき対応していただけました。
スリランカの民泊あるあるなんですが、看板がないため入り口は分かりにくいかもしれません。着いたらオーナーさんに連絡必須です。
バスルームはとてもきれいですが、洗面台に鏡がなかったのが少し不便でした。（ベッドルーム内に鏡台はあります）
