Could be better

Great location, directly across the road from Colliers Wood Tube Station, making it really convenient for getting around London.

We booked the accommodation for 5 guests, but unfortunately there were several issues with our stay. I contacted the host prior to arrival to confirm that towels would be provided and was told that they would be. However, on arrival, there were only 2 towels supplied for 5 guests. The TV and internet were not working, which was particularly disappointing as these are advertised facilities. We also arrived late and were given unclear instructions on how to access the building. If someone who lived in the building had not happened to come out, we would not have been able to get inside. There was also no bedding provided for the sofa bed, despite the booking being for 5 guests.

was let down by the person already in the room and the horrible attitude of the host

The location was great for what we needed

When we arrived at the property we couldn't gain access due to a man being in their already, who claimed to be the cleaner, but he had a rucksack with his clothes in and shoes and socks off by the door, he then told us to wait outside while he remade the bed
