Location, location, location - museums, tube, eateries. Will stay again!
Appreciated the facilities from a super slow lift, sloping creaky floors, a tiny but fully functional en-suite, well-equipped kitchen and large sitting-dining space. Everything was in order! Most of all, full marks to the super responsive hosts from pre-check in to check out. We had a problem with a sagging mattress and that was resolved in a day.
I wasn’t happy about the damage deposit/waiver charge £350 but hopefully it’s refunded.
Garbage bags outside on the street near the main entrance.

Elevator, Netflix, good layout, large space, lots of light, quiet even though near busy intersection, good appliances, washing machine. Nice large living room with dining alcove. Enough storage space.
Excellent instructions to enter apartment on first day.
Location so convenient to the tube and buses. Plus many cafes, bakeries, coffee shops very close by. Gloucester Rd and large supermarkets not far.
Kitchen was good, including dishwasher, clothes washing machine and good set of kitchen knives.
Good for a long stay, and would stay here again.
Very few cooking pans and no small ones.
Management company (Frankie Says) answers messages quickly, but issues are not always solved quickly. Advice: just keep writing and explain clearly what the issue is.
The mattress in the en-suite could use replacing. The second bedroom and bed are very small. Not sure that 6 adults could stay in the apartment for a long stay. But it was great for the two of us.
