The apartment's location is a plus. It is clean and tidy inside. I don't know if I want to recommend this apartment. The fewer people who know about it, the more dates will be available for me. :)
I would switch to fitted sheets or larger ones. Unfortunately, the small sheet kept shifting while we slept, causing us to stick to the mattress protector—or rather, its rubberized section.

Central location, yet on a side street and quiet during the night; apartment looks like the photos
We were so lucky the cleaner had decided to change the bed sheets and the pillow cases after the previous guests, and leave us new bath towels. For everything else he had left us the means to handle it ourselves. No hand soap - no worries, you can find a refill in a drawer in the kitchen. If you aren't disgusted opening it, that is, considering the dirty stains all over the kitchen cabinet. But there is a detergent you can clean the cabinet with. But you need a sponge too to clean, no? Oh there's one - in the kitchen sink, used and left there from the previous guests - looks like they tried to clean the coffee machine with it. "Tried" cause considering its condition, they didn't manage. You might need to clean the floor too, considering the amount of long hairs rolling around it, especially in the bath, where even the shower sink is clogged with it. You can find the means for this too - mops scattered in the balcony (not placed, scattered). If you get tired after all the cleaning, you might want to sit on the sofa. Oh wait, considering the brown stains on it, I don't think that would be a good idea. Then the chairs...oh, there are crumbs from the previous guests. Then lay down on the bed. Not in the center of the bed, cause there are some dull or not well washed marks right at the center of the sheet, but that's okay. Just lay down, look out the dirty windows, take some rest and later proceed to disinfect the bathroom. Oh, and while on the bed, don't toss around! After all, you have only one sheet and there is another person that needs to cover with it beside you.
I thought this place was recently added to Booking, but it already looks overused. For the location and price I booked it for, it was tolerable, but considering the lack of hygiene, I wouldn't stay there again.
Yet all can be good, if you just hire a competent cleaning staff!
