Loved everything about the caravan — perfectly located in a quiet corner of the site, you feel really tucked away & secluded. The van itself is beautiful, absolutely immaculate inside and has everything you could possibly need. You even a view of the ocean from the front verandah, the perfect spot for a morning cuppa (and an evening glass of wine).

Absolutely nothing — I just wish we had booked to stay longer!!

The chalet was in a nice position at the top of the Coldingham Bay Leisure Park, which is a very well maintained park with a security barrier. It is well located for exploring the coastline around there and only a 45 min drive from Edinburgh (which we did with friends on Day 2). The site has it's own clubhouse (which we did not use) but is just a short walk from the centre of Coldingham, the old Prior site and the two village pubs, plus a well stocked small Spar shop. The beach is around a 30 min walk and very quiet with a lot of small bords chirping away in the bushes and trees at the North end. Some steps take you over the headland to St Abb's harbour with it's lively little bistro / Cafe 'Ebb Carrs' which does great food and homemade cakes...well worth a visit! If you are up for it, the coastal path walk south, back to popular port town of Eyemouth is a great walk with fantastic scenery of that coastline. Plus the walk North to St Abbs head is also spectacular and you can see the road they drive 'The Hulk' down in the Avengers Endgame Film (they used their artistic licence as it doesn't go down into the harbour ;-) ). St Abbs do boat tours and is a popular diving spot with beautiful clear waters. They even have whales and Dolphins sometimes off the headland...see the Facebook page for 'St Abbs'! The site has lots of rabbits running around in the evening, which makes it a great adventure for kids and has a small Nature trail to follow. I have been to this area a lot and this was our first time staying in a chalet. Seashells was a lovely stay and we had everything we needed. Big lounge that can seat at least 6 with a well equipped kitchen. The double bedroom is large and there is a smaller bedroom with two single beds. Everyone enjoyed their stay and Diane was a lovely host, who came out immediately when the internet went off and fixed it straight away. We would certainly go back :-)

There wasn't anything to not like about this property. Everything was as expected and went smoothly, with an easy hand over via instructions for the entry code onto the site and then the key which is kept in a key safe.

This caravan just ticked all the boxes for us. It was exceptionally clean, in a very peaceful location and the view was fantastic. The site itself is very well maintained. Its the forst time weve been on a Verdant site and we we very impressed. The communication from Diane and Scott was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back.
