Check in was straightforward and uncomplicated, as was the checking out process.
The unit was tastefully decorated. The hosts really took the trouble to provide high quality amenities... Thick toilet paper, towels liquid soaps detergents, nice big TV etc. the kitchen was amazingly equipped beyond standard expectations. Pillows, bedding were very comfortable. Needs were comfortable. WiFi worked well. Washing machine and dryer were on the second floor.
Nice quiet neighbourhood. Not too far from major attractions around Colorado springs.
One can occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above but it wasn't a big problem. Water pressure was decent.
Host was responsive, polite and helpful for the most part especially the first day and very helpful in sorting out teething problems.
Highly recommend it for the space, cleanliness. Phenomenal value for money!
As this is run like an air BnB with no on site personnel to provide assistance, there are some things that may not get sorted out in as timely a manner compared to a traditional hotel.
The pathway to the entrance can be a little dark especially at night. Some lights to light up the pathway leading to the entrance should be much welcomed.
