Very good value for money

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Nice to have a separate bedroom and ensuite, away from the street side.

Parking could be a little difficult, but we were lucky to secure a spot nearby.

Appartement très bien agencé et aménagé. Emplacement très central entre l’hypercentre et le palais des congrès/auditorium. Julie est une hôte très prévenante.

Une nuit pas calme pour un prix assez élevé.

L’appartement est propre, mignon et bien équipé.

Les parties communes sont vétustes et l’appartement bruyant la nuit coté rue.

Week-end à Dijon

Logement propre fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut et décoré avec goût Proche de tout commerce et restaurants à 2 pas. Serviettes fournies et draps également. Arrangeant pour l'heure d'arrivée merci encore. Cela nous a permis de déposer nos sacs.

La chasse d’eau des toilettes coule en continu et dès que le réservoir se réempli il y a un claquement des tuyaux et cela toute la nuit une réparation serait à prévoir. Un bar de nuit sous les fenêtre du salon à prendre en compte ouvert 7/7 notre nuit fût exécrable malgré que la chambre ne soit pas vers la rue. Des cris , des conversations à voix très haute les personnes sont dehors sous les fenêtres avec leurs verres et en ont rien à faire de déranger ceux qui dorment. Je pense qu'un rappel au propriétaire ne serait un luxe. Pas de personne physique pour la remise des clés dommage.
