The apartment was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures provided. There was a doorman who met us and walked us to the apartment and showed us the lockbox and how to open the privacy blinds and patio doors. The home was clean with a comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The AC was very efficient and worked well. There was a few snacks on the table (which was a bonus after a long flight). The communication with the owners was very good, providing us with a PDF booklet on the home and some additional information on what to do in Rome. Overall this was an absolutely wonderful apartment with the coliseum a 5 minute walk away (can be seen from the street), the subway about an 8 minute walk, the tram stop is across the street, as well as a grocery store and a small gift shop. We were very happy with our stay.
This is not a complaint at all but it would have been nice to have a small roll of paper towels and kleenex in the apartment and maybe a small amount of saran wrap so quests don't have to buy a whole roll to wrap a sandwich or vegetables to put back in the fridge when eating at the home. A vegetable peeler would also be good to have.
