Absolument tout ! L’emplacement, la deco, très charmant. Idéal pour un couple car exigu et peu d’espace de rangement mais c’est ce qui fait le charme du logement dans la pierre.

The location is definitely the strongest point of this accommodation. It is right in the historic centre of Ostuni, which is ideal for restaurants, evenings out and exploring the town on foot.
There is also a nice rooftop balcony, which is a pleasant spot to have a coffee in the morning.
The accommodation provides some useful basics, including Nespresso-style coffee capsules, tea and basic kitchen equipment if you want to prepare something simple such as eggs for breakfast.
Having private parking available nearby was particularly useful for us as we were travelling by car. It is around a five-minute walk from the accommodation, which is very convenient considering the central location.
Management was responsive overall and easy was to access and find the flat.
The flat is very small. We were three adults — I was travelling with my parents — and we felt quite squeezed. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with one double bed and one single bed upstairs.
There are two bathrooms, but the upstairs bathroom has no door at all. This means there is essentially no privacy when using it, and sounds and smells can easily travel into the rest of the accommodation. This is something to seriously consider if you are sharing the property with family or friends.
Noise was one of the biggest issues for us. Being right in the historic centre naturally comes with some noise, and the building and windows are old, so there isn't much sound insulation. During the summer there are also events nearby, and during our stay we could hear music until around 1–2am.
The first night was particularly difficult because it was extremely hot and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. I contacted the person managing the accommodation and was told they would get back to me, but unfortunately they never did. I eventually had to figure it out myself and discovered a plug that apparently powered both the upstairs and downstairs air-conditioning units. Once we worked this out, we were able to keep the air conditioning on for the second night, which made a big difference. Without it, sleeping in the summer heat was extremely difficult, especially as opening the windows meant letting in even more noise.

The location is fabulous as it is literally in the old town centre. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. Loved the old floors too. The staff have been fantastic at replying to my questions instantly on WhatsApp.

La posizione della struttura è centralissima. Lo staff super disponibile e gentile per risolvere ogni problema.
L appartamento è molto piccolo. Dopo il portone si accede tramite una scala molto stretta al primo piano della casa, ma non essendoci una porta che divide le scale dall appartamento non è adatto per una famiglia con bambini piccoli. Il secondo piano conduce ad un’altra stanza, ma anche in questo caso le scale sono molto strette e gli scalini molto alti. Tutto facilmente risolvibile per le coppie, ma per le famiglie con bambini è tutta un’altra storia.
