Great continental breakfast, plenty to eat, loved the homemade honey.
There was nothing to dislike.

Beautifully decorated and furnished with comfy seating area. Spacious bathroom. Easy check-in and secure parking.
Mattress may need replacement soon. Although generally comfortable to lay on, it created a dip whilst you slept then when you try to turn over we both felt as though we were struggling to get out of the dip and it felt as though the mattress was sending us to the edge of the bed. We didn’t sleep so well as had to use back to turn over constantly and try not to roll towards the edge. The bathroom was stunning however the shower was one of those with a fixed shower head high up. It was a fantastic shower but my recommendation would be to install an additional shower head that one can remove by hand. Most people visiting for one night or two will not want to wash their hair and you couldn’t avoid getting wet hair under this shower head.

Large room, well equipped and comfortable
Didn’t realise we’d be staying down the hall in hosts home
