The place is rather spacious. The kitchen is mostly equipped for cooking
The place was cleaned before arrival, but it wasn't really clean: fatty kitchen and dishes, hair in th bathroom rug, layer of dust on the tables, mouldy corners in the bathroom. Everything is falling apart: the beds are squreking, the couch is half destroyed, the shower door is gone, sockets falling out of the walls, stains on the couch and carpets.
The stress is rather weird - it's gentrifying fast, but there is constant activity throughout the night with things being loaded and unloaded. The views from the windows are quit disgusting with a trash piling up in the courtyard. Overall it's noisy, also through the walls, so you will need earplugs to sleep.
The place is ok for an overnight stay, but I booked it as 4-star option for 2 weeks to spend a holiday with my elderly mother. It was a bit annoying on all fronts. Also the flat was on the 4th floor and the elevator wasn't working, so ultimately it all turned out to be a not so fun experience for my mom.
