The comfort of the place was amazing

The fridge was clean and had a freezer box. The kettle was clean and new with no limescale. There was lots of toilet tissue and hand wash, and shower gel was provided. Small bottles of water were provided and washing up liquid and a used flat sponge. Host was ok and attentive and tried to rectify the issue we had with no oven and microwave in the room. The decor was nice and modern
The bed was very uncomfortable. The walls are very thin and you can hear everyone walking up the stairs or in the phone in their own rooms. The room didn’t have a microwave or oven as pictured and advertised (although I complained about this and the host brought a microwave to my room the next day) the shower pressure wasn’t great. The hallway and stairs are very small and tight. The shower had mould on the silicone at the bottom. There weren’t any kitchen knives or scissors. There wasn’t any kitchen supplies no oil, butter, salt or pepper.
