View is awesome of course. But the host can organise stuff like taxi to south cheaper than in city or uber/pickmeup. Also has laundry service (same day done). Also it is actually very close to the city center that i did not realise when booking (a big plus).
Road next by can get noisy due to trucks going up (diesel engines really struggle) If you light sleeper - will cause inconveniences (myself did not really mind).
