Clean,bed comfy,shower good.Nice balcony overlooking the forest.Lovely listening to the birds in the morning
Access steep,lighting poor,no signage so need to ask local to find!No kettle for a cuppa & only one PowerPoint.

Amazing location!! Right amongst the nature but close to Ella town and some great restaurants.
Facilities were great considering the remote location - comfortable bed and hot shower. Hosts were very attentive and organised breakfast and laundry.
Only one plug socket so bring adaptor.
Monkeys can be overwhelming.

Rustic charm - if you are looking for an off the beaten highway with the most awesome balcony - it is cool!

The view was great and we enjoyed the feel of the place in the trees. Near to town, bit away from the busy area. Overall interesting, but there were some negatives.
There is a list to be honest. The problems in order;
- The monkeys are great to look at but both nights they started jumping on the roof and running about from 5 to 7am. You have no idea how loud this is on a bare metal roof. You had no chance of sleeping.
- As others have said, very dim lighting, so difficult to see inside
- Building work next door starting at 7.30, which was very noisy
- Nose from tuktuks revving up the very steep hill and revelers returning home late is noticeable until about 1.30am.
