The location was excellent as was the parking space provided.

The approach was hazardous, broken tiles on patio and window to was rotten and looked ready to fall out. The front door needed painting and inside needed updating and cleaning. Upstairs needed cleaning loads of cobwebs throughout especially the bathroom.
