The location is very close to all public transport needs
It's a student accomodation in reality and the bedding is extremely uncomfortable.
The staff upon arrival was rude. I had not called yet to confirm pre arrival and decided to call when I was closer due to traffic but the person inside opened the door and told me off for being late. This made no sense as I had not called ahead. I am a grown adult and was spoken to like a child or student. Better communication of your guests is necessary.
The washing machine etc was useful but only possible for a charge.
The windows were useless as you cannot open them. The blinds on the window were necessary at all times because opposite the room was an entire block of flats that could look in on me. An alternative room with a better view could have been provided.
My room was also next to the electric switch room which was highly concerning.
None of these things were explained prior to selecting the space.
There were students walking around and I'm not sure how that fits with the safeguarding of the young people to share the space.
