Spectacular views. It has a working laundry, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a log fire for cooler nights.
No BBQ obvious anywhere.
We live in Tasmania and we felt with more choice around privacy in the main lounge area was very non existant.
This would be a favourite location when friends came from interstate if privacy was a greater option.
I usually can contact hosts through booking.com if I need anything as we travel around often.
I assumed this would be the same with these hosts and it wasnt. But as soon as the hosts became aware of the issues they advised me they repaired them quickly post stay. So they obviously would quickly communicate with guests otherwise.
They replied promptly after I left a note on the tiny piece of paper. It was all I could find as we did not carry note paper with us.
There were a few issues I ended u with a cut to the foot due to the flooring. Which I am advised has been reaired since. We were advised that and another large issue was rectified quickly following our stay.
The interent is very limited and your notified in the onsite info. That this is basically for checking emails only. You could end up with large costs if you dont realise that. This was not apparent until we arrived, so we didnt have a big ph plan with us for other interenet needs.
The coastal path in front of the ocean is used by other residents walking their dogs and tourists. As the main lounge room with 2 large picture windows lacked blinds or sheer curtains . Then peole passing can see up into the holiday house day and night which reduces guest rivacy quite alot. I realised that when a dog walker waved.
The ensuite showy caddy is barely hooked on the shower door and needs a stronger more secure handing or shelving unit to hold the shower liquids.
