The premise was a new one, 1-2 months operation only. Got everything in the room. Microwave, Kettle, Dryer, Iron, Fridge, and even utensils complete with sponge & dish liquid. AC was cold. Water heater & water pressure was great. Staff was honest, my son left his Nintendo on the sofa at the receptionist area and she helped us to keep it safely. Thank you very much! Good stalls at night in front of hotel for dinner & scenery. Mydin mart was just beside the hotel, very convenient but it close early, grab your stuff before that.
The shower floor trap was clogged, it was a shock to me as it was a new building and plumbing should not be an issue. We have to wait for a while before next person can use the shower as the water was ponding and not drained. Please look into this. Bare in mind no breakfast sold near the area, u have to go far a bit (with car) for breakfast. Please pay your parking (other than Mondays & Tuesdays) Other than that, it was superb and we definitely will come back.

I was honestly surprised by how good this hotel was for the price. The whole place is beautifully designed and extremely clean, from the rooms to the common areas. Our room was also much more spacious than expected. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the smaller details, including wheelchair accessibility and making the hotel comfortable for everyone.
The staff were professional and attentive throughout our stay. The location was another plus, with a lively riverside area just across from the hotel filled with shops and plenty of places to eat. Definitely my first choice whenever I am in Melaka
