I had a wonderful stay at The Oak Retreat Homestay. Marek and Denise were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. I was travelling by car and they went out of their way to arrange parking permits for me, making everything completely stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication before arrival was excellent, and they were very flexible with my early arrival time. Their hospitality made me feel at home immediately. I would highly recommend staying here and will happily return the next time I'm in London. Thank you, Marek and Denise.

Parfait la chambre était propre et chaleureuse . La salle de bain est juste à côté de la chambre et ça nous fait un espace privé parfait .

Great location close to shops and public trasport. Very comfortable bed, generally very comfortable. Warm welcome and great communication from hosts. Excellent heating, nice bathroom. Tea and coffee maings in bedroom with filtered water. Good secure locks etc on entry and lock on bedroom door.

It was a little hard to find at night, but owner noted this and plans to add lighting. ( and Marrick came outside and called me when I was nearby so it was not a problem)
