Boutique Hotel run by family and each one was courteous, went out of the way to help us , vegetarian food was excellent. Arranged transport guided us for shopping and were smiling always!! Would like to recommend for your stay in Giza

My recent stay at this hotel in Cairo was nothing short of perfection. The highlights were undoubtedly the stunning rooftop terrace and the massive room windows,both offering panoramic,unbeatable locations to the excellent service and overall atmosphere,every single detail of the stay exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommended this hotel enough to anyone visiting Egypt. .

Gardenia Pyramids Palace was honestly one of the most important details that made our trip easier and more enjoyable. Cairo can be an intense and challenging city to navigate, and Gardenia made the whole experience much smoother for us.
They helped us with all of our tours in Cairo, and we would especially like to thank them for all the support they provided with transportation. Islam, a very special thank you to you, my friend — we had so much fun with you! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly, helpful, and cheerful, and they genuinely did their best to assist us with anything we needed.
And the view… there are honestly no words. It is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning and seeing the pyramids, having breakfast while looking at them, and seeing them through the window again before going to sleep at night was an unforgettable experience.
If we ever find ourselves in Cairo again — and honestly, we still haven’t had enough of the pyramids :) — we will definitely stay at Gardenia again.
Our only small criticism would be that the hotel could pay a little more attention to cleanliness and food handling. At breakfast, it sometimes seemed that certain items — especially products sensitive to heat and humidity, such as cheese and meat — had been left out for a while.

The view and the rooftop terrace
Room didn‘t had all the features mentioned in the description. Missing a desk, hairdryer, tv, mini fridge…
It was very hard to find the entrance since there was no sign visible from street.
