The room was specious and clean.
Heating was not sufficient. Could not find any tea cups or mugs to have our tea or coffee. Luckily we had our camping cups with us.

Very comfortable bed, quiet, warm
Breakfast, across the road, came with a wonderful flock of King Parrots, rosellas, a few long billed cockatoos and many small birds. Management feed with birdseed.
Long weekend restricted eating options

Location, call from manager/owner re keys, prompt return call later re our question. Views! Small finches playing outside our big picture window. We spotted 3 new, to us, types without leaving our room! The Perch a short walk across the street has the most incredible food, 2 nightz in a row. Perfect for a 2 night base for Great Ocean Rd to east & west, then head north.
Management already looking to replace heating so that will be fixed soon.
