Rural location and historical significance appealed to the scientific nerds within us. Cottage was comfortable & suited our on the road touring rural Victoria plans. Also Garry gave us a great tip re., a local eatery- Red Rock Bistro.

Very comfortable. Heaters on when I arrived and facilities as needed. Unique accomodation in old field station for something a bit different .

The bed was very comfortable. The heating was adequate. The surroundings were quiet. We were able to take our 2 dogs.
There was no Wi-Fi. There were 2 lights that did not work.
