This was one of the best 5-star experiences we have ever had in our travels. The hospitality was truly outstanding, combined with a beautiful ambience and an exceptionally fresh, well-maintained property. Our stay was excellent. Since the resort is newly opened, everything felt fresh and pristine. There are plenty of activities within the resort, including adventure park activities, making it a great place to enjoy. The location is another big advantage. It is very close to the city, making shopping and sightseeing convenient. There are also several attractions and activities nearby, including the Sky Bridge, zipline and adventure parks. What impressed us the most was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, always smiling and genuinely attentive. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently.
During our stay, most of the guests were Arab and European travellers, so most of the breakfast and dinner buffets dishes was international dishes. But what happened next was something we never expected.The chefs and the team personally came to meet us, asked about our food preferences and prepared some amazing Indian dishes specially for us, which were served at our table. This was such a thoughtful gesture and something we had never experienced before, despite staying at many 5-star resorts and international hotel chains. That level of personalized hospitality and genuine care truly made our stay memorable. The Mountree Munnar is a real gem in Munnar
