The location was perfect for a mountain view and sunrise. The rooms were very clean with all essentials. The restaurant and room service was very good. Staff members were prompt and courteous. This place is on a hilltop that is pretty cool during this time as well. The swimming pool was very clean and the view from the pool was very nice.
Two things. 1- approach rood was in bad condition that is why reaching the resort was a bit of a challenge.
2- Moutain view room 203, 204 are located downhill and the road is very steep, it is difficult for senior citizens and people with some discomfort struggle to reach the room and also climbing back to reception. A small vehicle could have been of help. SPA has not yet started.

Zeezmount is such a lovely place to stay! It is just a short drive out of the town of Munnar, but close to everything. The location is fabulous - beautiful views and so peaceful - a gorgeous spot to relax after exploring tea plantations or climbing the nearby Chockramudi Peak. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff so friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel both nights and loved the food, and the breakfast was great also. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and playing badminton. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
