I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent hospitality. The resort offers a refreshing escape from the busy city life, with a relaxing ambience, good amenities, and a pleasant overall experience.
The property could improve in terms of food quality and Variety. Some indoor amenities could be better.

Very modern and comfortable hotel overlooking tea plantations. We had dinner on arrival which was real good. Breakfast was equally good.
Like most places in this area, the beautiful locations are remote from the villages. Prepare to arrange transport if you did not drive.

Checkin was smooth and quick. Staff was courteous and attended to calls. The restaurant food was good but had very limited choices. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and offered a good view.
We wish restaurant offered better choices on the menu. The preparation was good though. Car parking with large cars was difficult to access.
