Beautiful beach but terrible condo

We loved that this was on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. Property really has a lot of potential.

I think it would be helpful to let people know the property is on the 18th floor and to also plan on spending $50 for parking which is across the street during your stay so that people can plan accordingly (not a big deal to us but would be helpful for others to know). We were in contact since the first day of our stay about how filthy and unsafe the condo was. The deadbolt didn’t lock which means anyone with a door code can get in (like the cleaning that let themselves in) and also anyone with small children won’t be able to keep them in which is a safety issue especially being on the 18th floor. The bunk beds were tore up, filthy, had candy stuck to it and not useable. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our kids sleep in it and had we known how misleading the pics are on here we would have never booked. The only thing honest in the pictures is the view. The sheets were stained. The couch and chair in living room were so stained we put blankets down to sit on them. It’s really a shame that the property isnt being taken care of because it has a lot of potential. We were hoping to have our money refunded the first night to stay somewhere else for the rest of the trip, which would have been the right thing for them to do but instead we had to make accommodations for the rest of the trip in the condo we didn’t want to stay in and didn’t feel safe in. We would never recommend this particular condo to anyone. For the amount of money paid to stay here we should have never had these issues.

The view amazing and room nice just needs a lot of updating. And the cleaners need to clean better and it needs a shower

The property was a good property. It has an outdoor pool indoor pool. You have wear wristband and use it get in and out for everything. The room is beach front and amazing virw

The room 1816 was not very clean when we arrived. There was no shower curtain. The bed was very very uncomfortable. The pillows are so wore out not comfortable. Make sure bring can opener or own stuff like that can opener does not work. The room is nice just needs a lot of up dating. It’s beach front. But the amount u pay to stay a week the beds and all really need to be updated and when u try to contact someone they don’t get back with u.

We really loved the condo! Plenty of room, well stocked and convenient location.

The location and view was amazing. Very comfortable. Friendly staff! Plenty of luggage carts.

Occasional long wait time for elevators. The parking garage is across the street from the condos.
