This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The cool art installations, decor, and meticulously thought-out design are amazing. In the lobby and common areas, you can find exquisite antiques—carefully selected for their design—available for purchase, as well as original nightwear.
The room is spotless, and the bed is huge, incredibly comfortable, and spacious.
It is also located within a five-minute walk of the ferry terminals for Naoshima and Teshima, and sits right in the heart of the area with the highest concentration of restaurants and bars.
The host is a very kind and friendly woman who provided wonderful hospitality :)
I will definitely be back!

It was about a 5-minute walk from Uno Station, so access was excellent and I arrived with ease. The host also gave me clear instructions on how to check in beforehand, which made the check-in process smooth. Staying at this art-filled inn before heading to Naoshima really built up my anticipation, and it made for a wonderful stay! I was able to meet the host in person, who was calm and kind — it really helped.
Clean and infused with art and culture, this inn was fantastic!
